Jack Bixler is co-founder and President of Sandlapper where his duties include strategic planning and business development. Mr. Bixler is also a principal, National Sales Manager and SVP of Broker Dealer Sales for affiliate SANDLAPPER Securities, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC), Senior Vice President of Marketing for Poinsett Capital Advisors, LLC and SVP of Marketing for TIC Properties, LLC.

He has more than 30 years experience in the commercial real estate, tenant-in-common and financial services industries and has held sales, marketing and management positions with several prominent tenant in common sponsors, mutual fund, annuity and broker dealer firms. During his impressive career, Mr. Bixler has also held National Sales Manager and President positions with firms including Brauvin Real Estate Funds, Security Properties, Inc., and Robert A. McNeil Corporation. He currently holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
