Marlene Arteta is Senior Vice President of Sandlapper where her duties include marketing and sales. She is also a registered representative for affiliate SANDLAPPER Securities, LLC (Member FINRA/SIPC). In addition, she is the Vice President of Marketing for Poinsett Capital Advisors, LLC and Vice President of Marketing for TIC Properties, LLC.

Mrs. Arteta has more than 20 years experience in the financial services marketing arena, holding various marketing positions for a national mutual fund company, the Chicago Board Options Exchange and several prominent TIC sponsors. In addition, she was the first employee of the Tenant-In-Common Association (now the Real Estate Industry Securities Association) where she saw membership grow more than 200% during her 18 month tenure.

She earned a master's degree in financial services marketing from DePaul University and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She holds the FINRA Series 22 and 63 licenses.
