Trevor Gordon is the Owner, Founder, Managing Member, and CEO of Sandlapper Capital Investments, LLC. He is also Founder and CEO of SANDLAPPER Securities, LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), Sandlapper Insurance Services, LLC and Sandlapper Wealth Management, LLC (collectively “Sandlapper Companies”). In addition Mr. Gordon is also a principal, Founder and CEO of TSWR Fund Management, LLC and TSWR Development, LLC, principal and President of TIC Properties, LLC, principal and President of Capital Markets for Poinsett Capital Advisors, LLC and a principal in TIC Properties Management, LLC and the CapHarbor Group of Companies.

Prior to establishing the Sandlapper Companies, Mr. Gordon held positions of President with affiliated real estate investment firms, VP of Sales and Marketing for a prominent real estate investment firm in California, RVP of Sales with a large NY based mutual fund company, AVP of research and marketing for a large regional broker-dealer and in retail production for national and regional wirehouse broker-dealers.  He began his career 22 years ago literally at the bottom as mail distribution clerk with a large regional wirehouse broker-dealer.

Mr. Gordon is active within his professional industry as well as his community. He is a member of and past chair of the marketing committee for the Real Estate Industry Securities Association (formerly the Tenant-In-Common Association) and a member of the Society for Financial Professionals.  Mr. Gordon also gives of his time locally and serves as a current and past member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Developmental Services (www.cdservices.org) in Greenville, SC.

A graduate of Kennedy Western University, he earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s of Business Administration degrees. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 31, 63 and 65 licenses and previously held the Florida Group 1 license. Mr. Gordon is also a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States (VFW) and entered the financial services industry upon returning from service in the Gulf for the U.S. Army in 1991.
